  I am focused on leveraging my extensive training to establish a successful career as an academic vascular surgeon, caring for patients with vascular diseases, training the younger generation, and advancing the science through impactful research.
  
  My research interests are broad within vascular surgery, with a specific focus on hemodialysis access techniques, peripheral arterial disease management, aortic surgery, and thromboembolism of deep veins and pulmonary arteries. Additionally, I am actively involved in translational studies aimed at developing ex-vivo experimental models to evaluate endovascular devices.
