Summary

  • Brian White, DO, is a globally minded infectious disease physician with a passion for clinical education and quality improvement. During more than 22 years serving the United States Air Force, he has intentionally pursued clinical excellence and opportunities to teach multi-level learners. He has educated in nine different countries, which included learners representing many cultures and people groups. Dr. White developed and implemented robust antimicrobial stewardship programs at two of the largest facilities in the Military Health System. He has served at various levels of leadership, advised senior leaders and participated on many committees and working groups.

    He is currently participating in the DOD SkillBridge program as he transitions out of the military. This twelve week program is conducted through Hiring Our Heroes, and the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences has graciously offered to be his host organization.
