Summary
- I am a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon with specialized expertise in nasal function and cosmetic rhinoplasty, combining advanced techniques to enhance both breathing and appearance. My medical education began at the University of Washington in Seattle, followed by a residency in Otolaryngology at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. I further honed my skills during a fellowship in Chicago training under Dr. Dean Toriumi, the world's leader in nasal surgery.
My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to understanding the unique characteristics of each individual. I firmly believe that my role is not to drastically change a patient’s appearance but to offer functional and cosmetic improvements that align with their personal needs and goals. This philosophy guides my approach to every procedure, ensuring that outcomes are natural and harmonious with each patient's unique facial structure.
In addition to rhinoplasty, my clinical interests extend to sleep surgery, facial paralysis treatment, and reconstructive surgery, including Mohs surgery for skin cancer patients. My work in these areas is driven by a passion for restoring both form and function, helping patients regain confidence and quality of life.
By combining advanced surgical techniques with a personalized approach to patient care, I strive to achieve results that enhance both the form and function of the face, allowing my patients to feel and look their best.

Reviews
Dr. Walker was extremely professional and understanding. He came in the exam room with knowledge of my symptoms and the issues I was having and spent the appointment speaking with me directly about the problems and possible treatments. He was open to the options I was exploring and made the entire process very easy in terms of talking to my insurance about coverage. I would highly recommend Dr. Walker to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable ENT in Chicago.
Dr. Walker was very informative with an excellent bedside manner. He was able to answer all questions and put me at ease.
Dr. Walker was amazing! I have had some bad experiences with doctors refusing to provide treatment or dismissing my concerns in the past, so I come to exam rooms with nervous energy. However, Dr. Walker has a compassionate and gentle demeanor and truly listens when you are speaking and made me feel less nervous. I usually feel like I have to fight for my care and present my symptoms/information perfectly but I was more able to just talk to Dr. walker. He is great at explaining things and answered all my questions. He even suggested a treatment for a problem I was having that wasn't even the main concern I went in for, which shows me he actually cares about a patients health instead of just going through the motions of the appointment.
Dr. Walker is a very respectful and informational person. Made me feel very comfortable and confident in what I had done! I got that dog in me!!
