Summary
- Originally a refugee from Former Yugoslavia, I have lived in the US since 1998. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas, where I completed high school, college and medical school. I am married to Elizabeth, a psychologist and a wonderful mother of our two children, Mila and Maksim. I graduated from General Surgery Residency (board-certified) in Phoenix, AZ and then from Indiana University Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship. I began my career with Texas Oncology Surgical Specialists (Colon and Rectal Surgery Division).
