For the first 2 decades of my career, I practiced primary care in suburban New York. Increasingly, my concentration gravitated toward the role lifestyle plays in health, particularly nutrition. My career focus is now Lifestyle Medicine, assisting patients in optimizing wellness through healthy diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. I also specialize in the safe, evidence-based treatment of obesity.
