Dr. Brad Butler is a family medicine physician based in Angier, NC. He completed his residency in family medicine from 2003 to 2006 at Southern Regional Area Health Education Center/Duke University Hospital and graduated in 2003 from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He currently serves as the Medical Director of Provider Practices at Harnett Health System since 2014. His expertise includes managing hypertension, diabetic neuropathy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, and providing primary care. Dr. Butler has received multiple recognitions, including the Physician Practice Connections Recognition and Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (2012-2015), and the Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2011.
