Dr. Kelly attended Tulane University School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors in the top of his class. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at VCU in Richmond, VA, where he was awarded most outstanding resident. Dr. Kelly went on to complete additional, specialty training in hip and knee replacement, revision total joint arthroplasty, and direct anterior total hip replacement while at the University of Florida-Shands Hospital.
