Dr. Raggio went on to obtain his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine of New Orleans, graduating at the top quartile of his class.

He then completed an extensive 5-year Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery residency training at the Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Raggio then completed a highly coveted AAFPRS fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto with world-class Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Jamil Asaria. During this year of comprehensive training, Dr. Raggio perfected his techniques in Rhinoplasty, Facial Rejuvenation, and Hair Restoration, amongst other procedures.

After the completion of his fellowship training, Dr. Raggio returned to the United States with his wife, Kristin, and their two beautiful young girls (Mary Kate , Leighton, Margot) and boy (Grant) and founded RaggioMD Facial Plastic Surgery in Birmingham AL, where he specializes in Cosmetic Facial Plastic Surgery.

As one of a select few AAFPRS fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeon in Alabama, Dr. Raggio is excited to showcase his expertise in Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping and reconstruction), Facial Rejuvenation (surgical and non-surgical), and Hair Transplant to the Birmingham community.
