Summary

  • I am an experienced PA in Addiction Medicine treating patients with Opioid Use
    Disorder. I work in an OTP, out patient program, in Huntingdon Valley , PA
    utilizing methadone and buprenorphine therapies.

    I also the chief delegate for the Soc. of PAs in Addiction in the AAPA House of Delegates. This group was the chief advocate for the ten year recertification
    cycle in the AAPA HOD. We also have increased awareness of and updated
    opioid crisis knowledge and AAPA policy updates.
    Also I am the chief Advocate for PAs in The American Society of Addiction Medicine. (ASAM).

    My advocacy efforts over thirty (30) years include visits to Congress to decrease barriers to care for PAs to treat OUD. I am also the first PA
    to work in health care policy at the White House.
