Dr. Benjamin Maeck III is an Internist based in San Francisco, CA. He completed his medical education at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1996, followed by an internship and residency and Chief Residency in internal medicine at St. Mary's Hospital and Medical Center. Since 2005, he has worked as a solo internist at his own practice. He is to never sell out to Corporate medicine! In 2009, he received the Internal Medicine Resident's Award for Outstanding Teaching and Patient Care from the SMMC Internal Medicine Residency Program. He has worked extensively in SNF's, child and adult psych, acute inpatient rehab, home health directorship, as well as caring for his outpatients in the inpatient setting ( telemetry, med/surg, and ICU).
