Summary

• I am a clinical psychologist and a registered nurse. I am the Assistant Program Director for RUHS/UCR Family Medicine Residency Program. As a clinician, one of my objectives is to break down barriers to integrated health care for underserved residents in Riverside County, California. My specialized training includes treating PTSD with EMDR and managing suicidal risk with CAMS. I offer coping skills training to patients with chronic, noncancer pain and support health care providers with psychological first aid and resilience skills training. In 2014 I completed the Behavior Science Educator Fellowship with the Society for Teachers of Family Medicine. I will complete a Leadership Fellowship with the California Health Force Center at UCSF in Fall, 2020.
