Dr. Bahareh Fazilat is an obstetrics and gynecology specialist based in Sherman Oaks, CA, with subspecialties in general gynecology and minimally invasive/endoscopic surgery. She completed her residency at Yale-New Haven Medical Center and a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/St. Luke's-Roosevelt. She has held assistant professorships at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Florida International University, and University of California, Irvine.
