- Board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology, Dr. Vu-Boast is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care in a variety of areas including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, pituitary disease, growth disorders, pubertal disorders, and general pediatric endocrinology. Her particular interest in the psychological and sociological determinants of health outcomes has led her to participate in and lead a number of initiatives to improve the quality of health care delivery in the hospital, in the outpatient clinic, and in the community setting. She has served as medical staff at children's diabetes camps in several states. She also considers it a privilege to teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
