Summary
- I'm a physiatrist specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Banner - University Medicine. I completed my residency at the University of Colorado Hospital, and earned my Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin. My professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, including serving as an Inpatient Psychiatric Technician and a Teaching Assistant in Human Genetics.
I am deeply committed to enhancing patient care through clinical practice and have a unique interest in patient education, believing that this plays a vital role in healing.
My specialty lies in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a particular focus on Musculoskeletal Medicine. I provide non-operative management of acute, subacute, and chronic conditions affecting joints and tendons, teaming with my patients to create a unique and individualized treatment plan ranging from bracing, therapy, and psychologic modalities all the way to using advanced techniques such as injections. I also have specialization and interest in spasticity management stemming from any etiology including spinal cord injury, stroke, and brain injury. My goal is to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life.
