- I am a surgical oncologist (cancer surgeon) who is part of the excellent team of cancer specialists at Christiana Care Health System. I bring particular expertise in advanced surgical approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, as well as a dedication to multidisciplinary management of patients with cancer.
As a surgical oncologist, I treat many types of cancer, including cancers of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, skin, soft tissues, and endocrine (hormone-producing) organs. I am trained in the advanced surgical approach to cancer diagnosis, staging, and treatment, and use minimally invasive (robotic) techniques whenever possible
