Arnold Feltoon, MD is an Emergency Medicine specialist based in Cleveland, OH. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Cleveland between 1981 and 1984, following a Fifth Pathway at Cooper Hospital, and obtained his medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in 1979.
