Dr. Karapetyan has studied medicine at YSMY, graduating with honors, and received his Ph.D. from Pavlov State Medical University where he was granted a professorship at the Department of Dermatology; giving him the opportunity to teach medical students and residents while continuing his research. His deep interest and breadth of knowledge in Cosmetic Dermatology were well recognized, and he was asked to serve as Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious Journal of Dermatology and Cosmetology in Russia.
  He continued his learning and certifications after completing residency training in New York to satisfy all licensing boards. His practice initially began in Beverly Hills with a focus on Anti-Aging Medicine and Weight Loss.
  Dr. Karapetyan cofounded LA Beauty Skin Center in 2012, incorporating his extensive and diverse knowledge and expertise in Dermatology-Cosmetology and Anti-Aging Medicine with the goal of creating an Institute of aesthetic medicine where anyone and everyone could benefit from the ever-emerging breakthroughs of science and technologies through affordable, high-quality treatments.
