• Ariel Freeman, NP, received a BS in nursing, with honors, from University of Texas in Austin, Texas in 1995, and an MS in nursing, family nurse practitioner program from George Washington University in Washington, DC, in 2013. Ms. Freeman has been an advanced practice cardiology nurse practitioner managing comprehensive cardiac care and promoting health and wellness across the health care continuum for the past nine years. She has prior exerpierence as a critical care nurse in the US Navy and later as a flight nurse in the US Air Force. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms Freeman maintains professional memberships with the American College of Cardiology, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Virginia Counsel of Nurse Practitioners.
