- Dr. Archana Nair is a board certified retina specialist in McKinney, TX. Originally from Minnesota, she holds a deep passion for medicine and innovation- graduating with a bachelors of science and a masters degree from Stanford University School of Engineering. During this time, she was instrumental in development of patents and integration of surgical devices into operating rooms.
Dr. Nair graduated from medical school from Stanford University School of Medicine. She began her ophthalmology training with an internship at University of California at San Diego followed by a residency at New York University. She then proceeded to Vanderbilt University School of Medicine to complete a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery. A fierce advocate of excellent care, Dr. Nair has cared for patients from all over the US. She is very excited to be a part of Greater Dallas Retina.
