- I am a health systems scientist serving on the research faculty of Baylor Scott and White Research Institute and Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. I hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Zambia, a Masters in Clinical Care Research from Tufts University, and a Doctorate in Health Services Research from Boston University. My principal research interests are focused on reforming healthcare processes and systems to improve the quality of (a) practitioners' experience of providing care, and (b) patients' experiences of receiving care. My research has been published in numerous peer-review medical journals.
