- Dr. Anne Peters is an endocrinologist in Los Angeles, CA who is a professor of clinical medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern Califorinia. She received her medical degree from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, did her internship and R2 year at Stanford University Medical Center, her R3 year at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and her fellowship in endocrinology at Cedars-Sinai Medicine Center. She ran the diabetes program at Cedars and then UCLA before moving to USC. She has a busy clinical practice in well-served Beverly Hills and underserved East Los Angeles (all through USC). She has written over 200 articles in peer-reviewed journals and 4 books. She has given hundreds of local, national and international lectures and has served on national and international guideline writing committees. She has been awarded many research grants and has been honored by both the ADA and the Endocrine Society.
