Summary

I am currently working in administration for a Coordinated Care Organization (an ACO for Medicaid in the state of Oregon) called Jackson Care Connect. I am no longer seeing patients.
I work with a fantastic leadership team at CareOregon / Jackson Care Connect to engage community and healthcare organizations in healthcare transformation. In this work and my prior work as a healthcare consultant I bring a collaborative and person centered focus. I have experience with systems thinking, heart based leadership and collaborative resourcing.

I was trained as an internist at the University of Iowa and practiced medicine in southern Oregon while acting as Managing Partner for the Medford Medical Clinic in early 2000.

I have consulted for the Jefferson Regional Health Alliance to convene, facilitate, and collaborate regional leaders and organizations toward healthcare transformation in four areas: Health Information Exchange, Healthcare Reform, Mental Health and Primary Care Integration, and End of Life care.
