• My current goals are building a culture of joy in work, valuing quality and relationships in clinical practice, and maintaining a public health lens while working to constrain the cost of care. In our small rural FQHC, we strive to achieve personal and professional balance for our clinicians, provide opportunities that enhance our rural workforce, and connect with community partners that help us address the social determinants of health.
