• She has worked in multi national and multi cultural settings through out her career . She has worked in three continents and four countries across the globe as a physician, educationist and researcher. Currently, she is working as Associate Professor in Pediatric Rheumatology at University of Missouri , School of Medicine. Her academic interests include higher education and quality improvement in healthcare. She has a strong educational background and experience ranging from Master of Science (MSc) focused in Health Policy and Quality in Health Care from The University of Birmingham UK, and Masters of Business Administration from Wales University UK. She is also trained as the Improvement Adviser from IHI (Harvard, USA)
