Summary

  • Angela Strotman is a Psychiatric Mental Health APRN. She sees and treats patients of all ages. Angela has a firm belief that medication cannot be the only tool a patient has, and to achieve lasting wellness the patient needs collaboration, education, and skills. She always strives to assess and evaluate the patient as well as their environment which may be impacting their care.
    She has a passion for integrative care. She strives to help meet patients where they are by working with primary care. She has a strong medical background and works with both the patient as well as other providers to ensure all aspects of the patient’s health are steadily making progress. Through the creation of her practice Collaborative Wellness Partners LLC, she works with both primary care and specialty physicians to assist them in caring for patient's struggling with mental illness as well as other medical issues. Through collaboration the team can help empower the patient to achieve their goals and help meet their needs through holistically caring for the patient.
    As a Certified Pediatric and Critical Care RN, she worked with many children, mothers, and babies. She has a passion for perinatal mental health, pediatric mental health and helping to foster the family relationship. She is currently pursuing further certification within perinatal mental health. She also has a strong passion to help women and caregivers achieve their goals as parents. She uses both patient and family centered care to help assess and treat the mother-child dyad. Whether it is being a single parent, breastfeeding, a stay-at-home parent or a working parent she works hard to empower them to be able to succeed and gain wellness.
