I am a medical doctor who graduated from IEST-Anahuac. Soon after obtaining my degree, I was invited to join a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute to learn about preclinical surgical and interventional cardiovascular research. My professional interests include heart failure therapies, mechanical circulatory assist devices (e.g., LVADs, TAH), development of procedural techniques in research, health care outcomes, cardiovascular procedures, and minimally invasive procedures.
