Summary
- I am a practicing physician, psychiatrist, as well as a neuroscientist, inventor and educator. I completed my psychiatry residency training at the University of Toronto, Geriatric psychiatry fellowship at McMaster University, Research Fellowship in Alzheimer’s Disease at the Toronto Western Hospital, and post-doctoral research training at the University of California San Francisco. During my career I taught and conducted research as a faculty member at the University of Toronto, University of California Irvine, University of California Riverside as well as, more recently, at the Western University of Health Sciences. My current clinical and research interests are about bringing advanced technologies such as pharmacogenomics and next generation sequencing to clinical practice. I see patients with undiagnosed and difficult conditions that affect emotions, memory and thinking. If this is something that is bothering you, please give me a call and make an appointment today!
