Dr. Reed is very genuine. I started with her during the pandemic when doctors were not seeing people in the office. I had found these types of appointments very cold, fast and untraditional. I had a totally different experience with Dr. Reed. She is very patient with her patients. She listens to you and is very sympathetic and empathetic to my needs. She has always returned every phone call and answered every message in a timely fashion.
