Summary
- I graduated from NYU School of Medicine, and trained in Internal Medicine at NYU and Mount Sinai. I am board certified in Internal Medicine.
I was an attending physician at Long Island Jewish Medical Center for three years. During my time there, my compassion for my patients, clinical skills, teaching abilities, and leadership skills allowed me to deliver excellent care.
Throughout my career I have been involved in telemedicine. I began seeing patients via telemedicine with Teladoc and MD live in 2015. Shortly after that, I joined Oscar and was one of the founding physicians of the Telemedicine Division. I saw patients, and developed protocols and strategy to deliver high level telemedicine, and assessed the clinical quality of the team. I worked with clinical and operational leadership to develop and grow the program.
I also started the Complex Care Team at Oscar Insurance, and was the Director of Complex Care. I managed a multi-state and multidisciplinary team. Under my leadership, the Complex Care Team improved the care trajectory of hundreds of members, and greatly reduced the cost of Oscar's highest risk members. Telemedicine, Including remote home monitoring, was a critical component of our program.
Most recently, I am a medical domain expert for K Health, an AI healthcare startup based in Tel Aviv and NY. I provide clinical and operational guidance to provide the next generation of medical services offered by K.
I maintain active licenses in fifty states.
I am interested in remote positions only
