- I've been a practicing and fully licensed psychiatrist since finishing residency in 2004. With an extremely diverse academic and clinical training background, I'm both a U.S. Board Certified Psychiatrist as well as an actively licensed Israeli Psychiatrist. I'm currently licensed to practice and prescribe in multiple U.S. states: Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, (New York- inactive), Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. Long-standing interest in Integrative Medicine, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Personalized medicine/genetics in pharmacotherapy decision-making. Evidence-Based Medicine. Placebo/Nocebo effects.
