Summary

• Dr. Andrew Isaacson is a general surgeon in Detroit, MI and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including DMC - Detroit Receiving Hospital and St. Mary Mercy Hospital. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, and did his residency at the Wayne State/Detroit Medical Center General Surgery Program. After that, he spent two very productive years doing a Trauma Surgery fellowship at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta and a Surgical Critical Care Fellowship in Atlanta as well. Both of these were supported by and in part done at Emory University Hospital. He returned home to Detroit and has been in practice since 2019.
