Summary
- I offer brief, intensive psychotherapy to help individuals overcome struggles with anxiety in all its manifestations, including (but not limited to) OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, panic, phobias, and generalized anxiety. I enjoy tailoring my approach to each individual, pulling on multiple schools of therapy, including TEAM-CBT, Inference-Based CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Written Exposure Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, and more. It's so rewarding to see people find freedom from anxiety in a matter of hours, days, or weeks!
