Summary

• Until recently I was VP Commercial Lines, Episodes of Care Payments, Medical Director at Signify Health. Since them I have been an independent senior consultant in the value-based care space. I work with clients in developing episodes-of-care for chronic conditions and procedures, with built-in incentives for value-based payments. I work with clinicians to define the boundaries of an episode, oversee the analytics, modeling and risk-adjustment and interface with implementation leaders and medical directors to help translate episodes-of-care into bundled payments.
  An additional area of my interest is in the SDoH (social determinants of health) arena wherein working with an AI company, we are enhancing the clinical risk profile of a patient with their social needs and helping bridge those gaps.
