• A native of Louisiana, Allison Robertson earned her BS from Grambling State University, Grambling, LA, where she was on the National Presidents List of outstanding academics. As a registered nurse, she worked in the emergency department in South Louisiana caring for adult and pediatric patients. Her Masters of Science in Nursing is from Northwestern State University, Nachitoches, LA, where she was Sigma Theta Tau for academic excellence. After earning her FNP in 2013, Allison joined the Pediatric Group of Acadiana in Lafayette Louisiana where she worked until moving to Virginia. She joined the Blue Ridge Medical Center pediatric team in January of 2017. She feels it is a privilege to have the opportunity to provide care for children from birth through adulthood. In addition to routine care for illnesses, injuries, and concerns, children require regular visits to assess their growth and development to ensure that they are progressing as expected. Her goal is to support and encourage families to help their children have a pleasant, safe, and productive childhood.
