Summary
- Dr. Galliano-Pardo is dual board-certified in psychiatry and addiction medicine. She is the founder and medical director of Beaches Behavioral and Beaches TMS & Brain Health. She has a special interest in treating depression and bipolar disorder, especially those cases which are treatment resistant. Many patients do not achieve adequate symptom improvement, even while taking multiple medications, and may also struggle with burdensome side effects. Dr. Galliano-Pardo sought out additional, novel treatment options for these patients to help them achieve greater symptom improvement and an improved quality of life. This is why we have developed an expertise in the best cutting-edge treatments, and offer deep TMS and Esketamine treatments in addition to traditional medication management. Her goal is to provide personalized care to match each patient’s specific biology, diagnosis, and lifestyle.
Dr. Galliano-Pardo completed both medical school and residency training at University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, Puerto Rico. During her residency training, she served as the chief resident of the University of Puerto Rico Psychiatry Program and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is an accomplished hospitalist having provided inpatient psychiatry for over 10 years, in various roles, including medical director, president of the medical staff, and teaching medical residents. Additionally, Dr. Galliano-Pardo has been in private practice since 2005 and in the Jacksonville area since 2011.
