• Dr. Alice Lyon is an ophthalmologist in Chicago, IL and is affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She received her medical degree from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and has been in practice 30 years. She is the Director, Retina Service and specializes in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery. Her expertise includes diagnosis, surgery and research in diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, macular edema, retinal detachment, macular hole, epiretinal membrane, vitreoretinal lymphoma, retinal vein occlusions, vitreous hemorrhage, macular disorders, pediatric retinal diseases and surgery, and other retinal disorders. She is a teacher and mentor to many medical students, residents, and retina fellows.
