Dr. Alfredo Czerwinski is CMO at Lawson & Associates, based in Houston, TX with offices in Wimberley and Sacramento. Dr. Czerwinski has served as Medical Director for a large multi-specialty group and as CMO for a large health care delivery system. He has experience in entrepreneurship, healthcare administration, healthcare management, and leadership. He has been teaching for the annual Leadership and Management in Geriatrics course for 20 years, currently sponsored by the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine. His recent consulting work is mostly focused on leadership development strategy for organizations, as well as individual coaching for health care leaders. He completed his medical training at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, and UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine/UCLA Medical Center.
