- Dr. Alexis Eastman, MD is an associate professor of Geriatrics and also the Senior Medical Director for Ambulatory Medical Specialties at UW Health in Wisconsin. She completed her medical education, IM residency, and Geriatrics fellowship at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Her clinical practice focuses on geriatric primary care, dementia care, osteoporosis care, and long-term care. In addition to her UW work, she serves as the Medical Director for Badger Prairie Health Care Center, a Dane county-funded long-term care facility in Verona, WI.
