Summary
- I am a board certified pediatric hematologist/oncologist. I retired from active practice at University of Louisville and Norton Children's Cancer Institute in 2022. I am currently a locum tenens hospitalist at St. Jude Children's Hospital in pediatric hematology/oncology.
My passions are caring for survivors of childhood cancer and blood & marrow transplantation. My last position was as director of the Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA) Survivorship Program at Norton Cancer Institute in Louisville, KY. Prior to this I was director of the Pediatric Survive & Thrive Long Term Program at Norton Childhood Cancer Institute.
I have previously been director of the Pediatric Blood & Marrow Transplant Program at the University of Louisville from 2001 to 2017. I also started and directed the extracorporeal photopheresis program at the University of Louisville for both adult and pediatric patients in the area.
