Dr. Alan Kantor is Chair of Radiology at NYC/H&H Lincoln Medical Center. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology from 1982 to 1986 at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, following his graduation from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 1981. He also completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell at Staten Island University Hospital from 1981 to 1982. Dr. Kantor has a publication titled "A Review of Perceptual Expertise in Radiology-How it develops, How we can test it, and Why humans still matter in the era of Artificial Intelligence," published in 2020 in Academic Radiology, which has been cited 27 times.
