Overview of Dr. Sivaganesan

As a fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Dr. Siva’s philosophy is to offer the least amount of surgery that is necessary to achieve a durable solution for patients. There is often no role for surgery whatsoever, but if there is, he uses minimally-invasive and robot-assisted techniques. Only select patients require a fusion, and so he offers motion-preserving solutions whenever possible. Having trained with both orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons, Dr. Siva provides truly comprehensive expertise in the field of spine surgery.
