Summary

• Dr. Halik is a board certified Internal Medicine physician and has completed his medical training at MedStar Health, affiliate of Georgetown University. He is currently an Endocrinology Fellow at the University of Maryland with a strong focus on diabetes, weight management, autoimmune thyroid disease, and thyroid malignancies. To further expand on his academic career, he graduated medical school and obtained his Medical Doctorate from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he graduated magna cum laude. Prior to that he attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology and Immunology.
