Dr. Aaron Stack specializes in Radiology with a subspecialty in Nuclear Medicine, and he practices in Annandale, VA. He completed his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, followed by a transitional year internship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. His residency training in Diagnostic Radiology was at the National Capital Consortium and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He completedd a two-year fellowship in Nuclear medicine and is board certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He served as the head of the Nuclear Medicine Fellowship Program at Walter Reed and then was the Chief of the Nuclear Medicine Service at Walter Reed prior to retiring from the Army in 2009. Dr. Stack has contributed to the field through several publications, including research on cardiac CT angiography and imaging protocols, which have been cited in various academic works.
