Summary

  • I am a staff hematology/oncology physician at St. Elizabeth Healthcare and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. My main focus is in solid tumors- breast, neuroendocrine tumors, and GU cancers such as prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer. I completed my oncology fellowship at NCI designated University Hospitals/Case Comprehensive Cancer Center and served as the 2022-2023 Chief Fellow of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program and have several peer reviewed publications on various topics.

My interests include narrative medicine, medical education, clinical trial access in the community, telehealth, and artificial intelligence. I have previously taught at Case Western School of Medicine and received the 2023 Fellow Teacher of the Year Award and a member of the Case Western School of Medicine's Academy of Scholars. I am also a 2023 Doximity Telehealth Fellow working to improve Telehealth in oncology and am a 2023 GRACE Patient Education Ambassador under the guidance of Jack West. I love to collaborate with industry and use cutting edge technology to improve the lives of those with cancer. I am passionate about bringing academic level care into the community through enrollment of patients in clinical trials and improving access, equity, and education for patients and medical trainees.
