Quick Credentialing- Inpatient Psychiatry NP Locums Opportunity in MA

Description of Work Assignment: Daily rounds on 12-16 patients (admissions, discharges, and daily rounds). Attend treatment team. Participate in FPPE/OPPE as required. Attend in-house court for hearings as cases require.

Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: Mon-Fri business hours, 40 hrs/week max On call? If so, what are the call hours? N/A

Inpatient or Outpatient facility? Inpatient What drugs will be administered onsite? A variety of psychotropic and/or medical medications

Patient Load 16 Will the patients seen be new or existing? Combination – 12 existing daily, and any admissions that replace discharged patients from that caseload of 12. Age of patients? 18+

Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Board Certification in General Psychiatry

Treatment team – nursing, social work, activities therapy, techs, utilization management Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? Yes – no responsibility for the locum to supervisor Trauma Level of Work Location: Low-Moderate – inpatient psychiatric unit

EMR System? Hybrid paper records/electronic ordering system. Medications/ancillary orders are in HCS.
