  • Children’s Mercy Kansas City and the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine (UMKC-SOM) seek a clinical/academic diagnostic pediatric radiologist to join a highly specialized academic Pediatric Radiology group. This position will be placed at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital (a 195-bed children’s hospital) in the St. Louis metropolitan area. This position includes a collegial, private practice style work environment with autonomous management of pediatric imaging that also includes teleradiology access to subspecialty academic pediatric radiologists at Children’s Mercy Hospital.

    About the position:

    • The position entails practice within all aspects of pediatric imaging, excluding nuclear medicine, cardiac imaging and interventional radiology
    • Teaching duties include radiology residents from multiple residency programs
    • Research opportunities also are available but not required
    • Academic appointments will be through the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine with an adjunct appointment at St. Louis University School of Medicine
    • Our program has a CAQ accredited pediatric radiology fellowship program
