Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon – Peoria, IL

Position: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon Location: OSF Saint Francis – Peoria, IL Schedule: 7 AM - 7 AM, One Week per Month (24/7 Call Coverage)

Are you a skilled Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon looking for a rewarding opportunity with a great team? We have an exciting opening at OSF Saint Francis in Peoria, IL, for one week per month, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Call Coverage: Provide call coverage for the full week, ensuring continuous care for pediatric orthopedic patients.
• OR Duties: Perform a wide range of pediatric orthopedic procedures, including trauma care, for patients aged 17 and under.
• Clinic Consultations & Patient Care: Conduct consultations, patient assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Full Spectrum of Pediatric Orthopedics: Handle all aspects of pediatric orthopedic care, including trauma cases, from clinic to OR.
• Collaboration with PA: Work closely with a PA who provides first assist during weekday daytime hours (Monday-Friday).

Qualifications:

• ACLS & BLS certification required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Expertise in pediatric orthopedic procedures and trauma care.
