Urogynecology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Vineland & Mullica Hill Inspira

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to work alongside a skilled surgeon caring for patients undergoing urogynecology procedures.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing urogynecology team in an outpatient clinical setting. The NP will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of urogynecology conditions

• 1-2 years Urogynecology, gynecology, urology, or women's health experience is preferred.

Includes but is not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive histories and physical examinations focused on urogynecology complaints.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, and pelvic pain.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including urodynamic studies, urinalysis, pelvic floor imaging, and others as appropriate.
• Perform in-office procedures such as urodynamic testing, pessary fittings, bladder instillations, and catheter management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education and care coordination for surgical patients.
• Educate patients on pelvic floor health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Position Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
• Certification as a Women’s health, adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active NJ CDS and DEA license
• BLS certification

This is a Monday thru Friday position with no weekends... After hours on call coverage required to screen/triage all after hour service calls then contact the providers. Average calls 0-1 per week.
