• No On-Call Duty Required

Hospital Overview: Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill is a modern, team-oriented facility with a focus on family-centered labor and delivery and holistic maternity services. The center offers personalized birth planning and supports natural childbirth, with services including neonatal care, postpartum counseling, breastfeeding support, and certified nurse midwives for mothers preferring natural childbirth. The facility handles approximately 900 deliveries annually, with expected growth in the future.

Position Benefits:

• Employment Type: W2 with guaranteed shifts scheduled 90 days in advance
• Schedule: 24-hour shifts with 21+ days off per month

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing OB emergencies and deliveries
• Collaborating with local physicians
• Evaluating and treating triage patients and performing surgeries/surgical assists
• Providing leadership in Labor & Delivery
• Educating residents and medical students
