Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or an experienced NICU trained PA to join our growing team at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. Located on the bay side of Florida, Brooksville is centrally positioned on the Nature Coast with easy access to many crystal clear springs and a short drive south to the growing metro area of Tampa Bay.

  • This 20-bed Level-III unit has an average daily census of 12-20 and approximately 1600 annual deliveries
  • There is Neonatologist and MFM on-site support, as well as a variety of other sub-specialists
  • 16 hour shifts, with possibility of 24 hour shifts as the unit grows
  • Part-time and full-time NNP positions available

Qualifications

NNP Candidates:

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master’s degree

PA Candidates:

  • Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

  • Minimum of a master’s degree

  • Applicants must have completed a Neonatal PA training program or have current PA experience in a Neonatal ICU.
